Dr. Kaur
Dr. Harneet Kaur is from San Luis Obispo, CA and is a caring and highly competent dentist. She graduated from the International Dental Program at De La Salle University in Leon, Mexico in 2015. Prior to purchasing her own practice she served patients at a local Community Health Center. She possesses expertise in all aspects of general and restorative dentistry, including fillings, veneers, crowns, bridges, root canals, extractions, restoring implants, and partial and full dentures. Her philosophy is to treat all her patients as she treats her own family and her goal is to provide quality care in a comfortable and friendly environment. She looks forward to building wonderful relationships with all of her patients.
As the mother of a young daughter, Dr. Kaur balances life like many other working moms. Outside of the office, Dr. Kaur enjoys spending time with family and friends. Her husband, Dr. Ramandeep Badhan, is also a dentist and they are both extremely compassionate family-oriented people. They love jogging, hiking, traveling, trying new restaurants, standup comedy, and music. Dr. Kaur is also a fabulous cook and loves to entertain.

Dr. Ramndeep Badhan
Dr. Badhan understands that high quality dentistry can not only transform smiles but can also transform lives. Growing up, he enjoyed math and science, and having dentistry as his career has let him pursue his passion for both. Dr. Badhan grew up and studied in India where he completed his Bachelor's Degree in Dental Surgery in 2009. In 2014, he graduated from New York University with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and he also completed an honors course in Endodontics (root canals). In 2017, he completed an extensive implant course with Neodent, a leading global brand of dental implant systems. He has done a residency in Fixed Prosthodontics for full-mouth rehabilitation cases. Dr. Kaur and Dr. Badhan met after dental school, got married, and now have a beautiful young daughter. As a family they enjoy spending time together and exploring the scenic beauty of the Central Coast.

Debbie has worked in the dental profession since 1995 for Dr. Mark Iversen until his retirement in 2015, then for Dr. Huiras, and now for Dr. Kaur. Debbie has four daughters and eleven grandchildren (six who live in Paso Robles). Weekends often find her corralling a small herd of kids and she counts it a blessing to be able to be so involved in their lives. She is an avid reader, enjoys sewing, and doesn’t miss an episode of NCIS.
Over the years, Debbie has come to know and care for our patients in a very special way. Often she will have someone in the office telling her all about their most recent celebrations and also frequently sharing their heartaches with her. Debbie loves the interaction with the patients. She is experienced in dealing with insurance companies, treatment plans, and financial arrangements. She does her best to make sure that each person is well-informed regarding their insurance coverage and also works hard to ensure that each person is able to schedule the treatment they need in a timely, convenient manner. Sometimes, dental treatment causes people anxiety and Debbie does her best to reassure them so that they are comfortable here. In her own words, “I’m very grateful to have a job that I have loved for so long! I truly do not mind coming to work. Dr. Kaur and all of our wonderful families make being here a pleasure!”

Debbie was raised in Upstate NY before moving to Santa Barbara County in 1982. While attending Allan Hancock College in Santa Maria and earning her Liberal Arts and Associate in Science degrees, she met her husband who was newly out of the Air Force at Vandenberg AFB in Lompoc. The two moved to San Luis Obispo to attend Cal Poly and were later married.
When Debbie was a senior at Cal Poly, studying Food Science and Nutrition, she decided to change majors and pursue a career in the profession of Dental Hygiene at Taft College in Kern County. While attending school in Taft, Debbie joined The Gold Coast Flying Samaritans which afforded her the opportunity to provide hygiene care to the underserved in a dental clinic in Puertecitos, Baja California, Mexico. Part of her training also included working with military servicemen and servicewomen at the Bakersfield Veteran’s Administration which she deeply enjoyed. She graduated in 1997 with her Dental Hygiene degree and has been compassionately caring for and educating dental patients on the Central Coast now for over 26 years.
On many a weekend, you can find Debbie “Day Camping” with her dogs in cooler temperatures at the coast. She collects glass holiday ornaments and vintage wind-up alarm clocks, and enjoys tent camping, history, antiquing, archaeological sites, historical homes, quirky cemeteries, and everything Elvis.
